The scene we cut
Solid gold
"Solid gold. Bond Street. Two and a half grand." Bettany takes inventory.
It began as a stage play by Louis Mellis and David Scinto, the writers of Sexy Beast, and the two films came out within a year of each other. Bettany was cast after Sadie Frost's agent sent in a tape, and Ridley Scott saw it and put him in A Knight's Tale.
